Return Information for Dated Materials
(This includes all dated curriculum, season specific material, and The Minister’s Annual Manual)

To receive Full Credit (minus the shipping charges), please return dated products to us in resalable condition within 60 days of the invoice date. Materials received after 60 days will not receive a credit.

Children’s Worship Bulletins and Bible Beginner Activity Bulletins are not returnable.

If you wish to change or cancel your standing order to the Children’s Worship Bulletins or Bible Beginner Activity Bulletins, please notify us by the following dates:

January through April shipment-Change or Cancel by October 15
May through August shipment-Change or Cancel by February 15
September through December shipment-Change or Cancel by June 15

Return Instructions for all other materials
To receive credit, items should be returned complete and in resalable condition. Please follow the return instructions at the top of this page.

Credit terms are as follows:

*0-90 days from invoice date = Full credit (product only)
*91-120 days from invoice date = ½ credit (product only)
*Over 120 days from the invoice date = No credit given
